As an integrated communications professional, Anwesha specialises in social media strategy, content, internal communications, and employer branding. Backed by experience across hospitality, real estate, automobiles, financial, and professional services, she has led communication mandates that balance creative thinking with clear, outcome-driven execution.

Over the years, she has worked with leading organisations including Tata Motors, K Raheja Corp, Anand Group, Radisson Hotel Group, Radisson RED, Marriott India, and SBI Ventures.

She is known for her collaborative, client-partner approach and her ability to manage complex mandates across parallel workstreams, offering practical counsel that is grounded in audience insight and executional clarity. Alongside client work, she mentors young talent through institutions such as the Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication and MICA.

She is a hospitality graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, and holds an MBA in Media and Communication from the Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication, Pune.
