Sangya is an Associate Director with over nine years of experience in influencer marketing and digital communications.
She currently focuses on the creator economy and digital-first brand building, specialising in end-to-end influencer campaign strategy, management, and execution across lifestyle, education, technology and consumer sectors.
Her core expertise includes campaign strategy, creator sourcing, budget planning, content evaluation, contract management, crisis handling, performance tracking, soft-skills training, and strengthening brand–creator relationships. She has built sector credibility by leading high-scale, high-impact campaigns and driving measurable outcomes for brands.
Over the years, Sangya has worked with prominent companies such as Serum Institute of India, MARS Global, Ashley Madison, Navneet Education, Aditya Birla Capital, Motilal Oswal, Reckitt Benckiser, Orra Diamonds, KFC, Malabar Gold, Everest Spices, Weikfield, Bajaj Almond Drops Hair Oil, Mahindra Trucks and Buses, Neelkamal, NIC Ice Creams and Kinder Joy, among others.
She is a BW Excel 40 Under 40 Award winner (2025) and has served as a Jury Member for the Godrej PRmoment 30 Under 30 Awards. As a recognized thought leader, Sangya has conducted industry webinars and regularly contributes her voice, insights and POVs to help shape conversations around influencer marketing in India.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources.
